About Me
I’m drawn to the places where the body, the inner world, and real life meet — where people are learning to feel better, live more honestly, and stay connected to themselves and the people they love, all at once.

I hold a master’s degree in professional counseling and began my career practicing traditional therapy. Over time, my work evolved — not because the clinical foundation stopped mattering, but because my lived experience kept teaching me something essential.

While building my dance fitness classes and supporting others through movement, I also navigated a serious health challenge of my own. During that season, dance became one of the most honest ways I know to help people release stress, access joy, and reconnect with their own strength — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. And I experienced that truth in my own body.

Coaching became the place where we slowed down and made sense of what wanted more care, clarity, or integration — without the confines of the “counseling hat.”

My work is shaped by both formal education and lived experience. I come to this as a therapeutic coach with a background that extends beyond motivational or mindset-based coaching. I’m grounded in working with emotional, relational, behavioral, and somatic patterns, and I hold space in a way that is ethical, intuitive, and attuned to the nervous system.

Long before fitness became an industry, movement was how people processed emotion, built resilience, celebrated life, and stayed connected — to their bodies and to one another. That truth still lives in my work.

What I create are intentional spaces where women move, feel, and reconnect — not just individually, but relationally. Spaces where joy and depth coexist. Where strength is built without punishment. Where wellness feels sustainable because it’s shared.

Not every offering is open to everyone — and that’s intentional. I work by alignment.

If you’re looking for something surface-level or outcome-driven alone, this may not be the space. But if you’re seeking a grounded, joyful, and intentional approach to wellness — one that honors both the body and the bonds that hold you — you’re in the right place.

FAQs
Below are answers to some common questions about how I work, who this is for, and what to expect. To begin services, book your free consultation.
What exactly do you do?
I create spaces for people to move, feel, and connect — with themselves and with the people they already share life with, as well as spaces for individual reflection and growth. My work shows up in two primary ways: dance fitness and therapeutic coaching. Most people first encounter me through dance. My dance fitness classes are high-energy, joy-forward, and rooted in the belief that movement is medicine. We dance to release stress, connect with our bodies, experience joy, and build strength and endurance — not to chase a particular body type, but to support real, sustainable fitness and visible progress that actually feels good to live in. For those who find themselves wanting more personal support, I also offer one-on-one therapeutic coaching. This is where we slow things down, create space for what’s present, and work toward greater clarity, alignment, and overall wellness — emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. Most people want the movement. Some realize they also want space to integrate what the movement reveals. Others come directly for that space. Both are part of the work, and both are welcome here.
Who is this space for?
The dance fitness space is for women who are committed to taking care of their bodies and intentional about nurturing the relationships that sustain them. It’s for those who want real exercise — movement that builds strength, endurance, and confidence — while also carving out consistent, shared time with the women who make up their sisterhood. Life gets busy. Schedules fill up. And even the most well-intentioned women can find it hard to protect both physical wellness and meaningful connection. This space makes room for both — regularly, rhythmically, and without guilt. Here, movement becomes the reason you gather, and gathering becomes the thing that helps you keep showing up — not just for your body, but for each other.
How do group classes work?
At this time, dance fitness classes are primarily offered to groups that already share a desire to move together and have a space that works well for them. Many clients curate their own groups — friends, family members, colleagues, or community groups — which helps keep the experience intimate, intentional, and aligned. In some cases, individuals without an existing group may be invited into an established one. This is always done thoughtfully and with care, and is guided by alignment, readiness, and the consent of everyone involved. When this happens, you would be invited to a trial session to ensure the fit feels supportive, respectful, and meaningful for all involved, and that the integrity of the container is preserved. Because this work is relational, all clients begin with a consultation. This allows us to talk through options honestly and determine what makes the most sense — without overpromising or forcing outcomes. It also helps to ensure the container is safe, sacred, and mutually aligned.
Can I join if I don't already have a group?
Possibly — but it isn’t something I promise upfront. Most dance fitness classes are hosted by groups who already have a shared desire to move together and a space available. That said, there are occasions when someone without a pre-existing group may still be able to participate. When this happens, you may be invited into an established group based on alignment, readiness, and the consent of the current members. In that case, you would be introduced through a trial session so we can ensure the experience feels safe, supportive, and meaningful for everyone involved. When it works, it can be a beautiful way to connect and become part of a sisterhood you didn’t know you had yet.
Do you offer group or workplace classes?
Yes. I offer dance fitness experiences for organizations that value employee well-being, connection, and morale. These sessions are designed to energize teams, reduce stress, and create shared moments of presence and movement — without requiring any prior dance experience. Classes can be tailored to fit the needs, energy levels, and goals of each organization.
Is coaching available if I don't take your fitness classes?
Yes. Coaching is available to both fitness and non-fitness clients. Some people are introduced to my work through movement. Others come directly for one-on-one therapeutic coaching. The entry point may differ, but the work itself is always grounded in honesty, self-awareness, and whole-person wellness.
What's the difference between therapeutic coaching and therapy?
Therapeutic coaching and therapy can feel similar on the surface — both support emotional wellness, self-awareness, and meaningful change — but they serve different purposes. Therapy is often focused on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions while working within a clinical framework. It’s essential, valuable work, and for many people, it’s exactly the right container. Therapeutic coaching, as I offer it, is present-focused and integrative. We pay attention to emotional patterns, nervous system responses, relationships, and lived experience — with the work centering on integration, clarity, and aligned action in real life. This space is for those who are not seeking clinical treatment, but who want thoughtful, attuned support as they navigate growth, transition, embodiment, and connection. We move at a human pace, stay grounded in the body, and work with what’s alive now — without pathologizing it. Some clients come to this work alongside therapy. Others come when they feel ready for a different kind of container. Neither is better; they simply offer different forms of support, each with its own role. A consultation helps us determine whether this work is the right fit and ensures the container is respectful, ethical, and aligned from the start.
What this space is not...
This space is not about quick fixes or pushing through at the expense of your body, your nervous system, or your relationships. It’s not built on pressure to chase perfection, comparison, or hustle disguised as healing. And it’s not focused on outcomes alone, without regard for how you feel along the way. You get to feel good by showing up — and through consistent presence, real results follow. This work isn’t one-size-fits-all. I work by alignment, not volume, creating containers that are relational, respectful, and thoughtfully held. It’s not about changing the body for aesthetic difference while neglecting the nervous system or the relationships that matter. Holistic wellness — body, mind, and connection — is the foundation of this work.
Do I need dance experience or a certain fitness level?
No. Dance experience is not required, and all fitness levels are welcome. Within the same space, you may find a range of experience and ability — and that’s good. This is about saying yes to yourself and allowing growth to unfold at your own pace. As you do, you’re supported by a community that’s doing the same. Some people arrive feeling intimidated or unsure of their bodies. That’s human. With consistency, many notice increased endurance, greater ease with movement, and the ability to learn dances more quickly over time. Commitment and presence make the difference — not prior experience. It really is a party. Come as you are, move as you can, and let it feel good.
How do I know if this is a great fit for me?
Start by noticing how it feels in your body. Often, the clearest signal is a quiet but present yes — a sense of resonance, curiosity, or relief as you read through this space. From there, book a consultation. The consultation exists to bring clarity, not pressure. Together, we’ll feel into what makes sense and how — or whether — to move forward.
What happens in a consultation?
A consultation is a spacious, low-pressure conversation designed to bring clarity — not to sell or persuade. We’ll talk about what’s drawing you here and the kind of support you’re looking for. I’ll share how I work, answer your questions, and reflect back what I’m noticing so we can assess alignment together. We’ll meet via Zoom, where we determine whether — and how — working together makes sense. From there, we decide whether moving forward means beginning a new and meaningful collaboration, or naming that this isn’t the right container right now. Either way, the intention is respect, honesty, and attunement from the start. Because space is limited, we move forward only when it feels mutually supportive, genuinely aligned, and capable of holding both depth and joy.
